How do I know if you are the right lawyers for me?

We only work in immigration, asylum and human rights law, so all of our experience is focused on this area. We act for individuals, families and organisations and are used to dealing with urgent and complex situations. If your problem is outside our expertise, we will say so and try to signpost you to someone better placed to help.

Will you be honest about the strengths and risks in my case?

Yes. At the start we assess the legal position, explain the options in plain language and give a realistic view of the prospects of success. This includes talking through any risks, deadlines and evidence gaps so that you can make informed decisions about how to proceed .

How do you charge for your work?

We do not offer Legal Aid and all of our work is on a private‑fee basis. After an initial discussion of your situation, we provide a clear fee estimate and explain what that fee covers and what additional costs, such as Home Office or Tribunal fees, you may need to pay.

Can I get a fixed fee for my case?

For many applications and one‑off pieces of work we can agree a fixed fee so you know the cost in advance. Where a fixed fee is not suitable because the case is unusually long or complex, we usually agree staged fees linked to key steps in the case and keep you updated if anything changes.
