We aim to provide a high standard of service. If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please email admin@migrantlawpartnership.com with “Complaint” in the subject line, setting out the issue and the relevant dates. We will acknowledge your complaint and confirm the next steps. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman, which considers concerns about the service provided by legal professionals.
