Why Fees Vary Within Each Service Area :

Cases fall at different points within the fee range depending on factors such as:

  • Complexity of your immigration history (e.g. overstaying, refusals, gaps in status)
  • Volume and quality of evidence required
  • Urgency and statutory deadlines
  • Risk of refusal, detention, or removal
  • Need for witness statements, expert reports, or country evidence
  • Whether the matter involves appeals, hearings, or urgent representations

Straightforward applications generally fall at the lower end of the range.
Complex or high-risk cases fall towards the upper end.

If we have acted for you before we will already have a history and knowledge of the facts so in those cases our fees will likely be a lot lower
